Corre con Luna (Werewolf: The Apocalypse, character concept)

Corre con Luna (“Runs with Moon”) was born in a Wildlife Reserve in Sonora (23° 25′ 37.00″ N 104° 7′ 8.15″ W). It is one of the few remaining Mexican wolves in the world. Her Garou father left the pack the season she was born and never to see him again. His mother and the alpha male who replaced his father are alive along with five brothers and one sister in the reserve. As a young cub she thought the moon was running with her, hence her name.
She was in frequent contact with humans that would check on them, pinch them, put collars and let them go again. It was very strange and annoying. Her pack tried to avoid them, simply because they did not like their scent. They were not afraid of those humans in special. Her encounter with poachers made her see that there are two types of human and she would kill human hunters without a second thought.
Having completed her initiation rite, Luna returned to the reservation to ensure her pack was well. She met with them, and although she wasn’t accepted into their ranks, she kept them company for a time. Humans of the reservation seemed excited to see her alive. Now with much broader awareness, Luna realized that these humans watched over her pack ensuring their health and tried to prevent other hunters to enter their territory (not very good at it, by the way). She allowed them to put on her the collar tracker, but when they left, she ripped it off and buried it. Luna has done that every time she visits.
She is known for her playful personality, but when it’s time to hunt or fight she excels at it. Luna is 6 years old, and appears to be 18 years in human form. Luna is also reputed to be curious and asks a lot of questions, but ends up forgetting half of the explanations given to her.
She got a backpack as a fetish to carry small prey and objects more easily in her Lupus form.
Luna does not believe that the extremist ideas to exterminate all humans are practical. There are too many humans and some of them want to protect wolves. The ones in her reserve do what they can keep her family alive and healthy so she believes those humans deserve to live. She hates sport hunters and poachers with passion and will attack them at first sight.
She does not believe that the destruction of humans is the key to defeating the Wyrm.
Luna has never eaten human flesh and has no intention of doing so. She follows the litany best she can and thinks that if Talons do not follow the rules of the Garou, they are no better than the human hunters who do not follow the prohibitions imposed by other humans.
Her favorite food is hare or rabbit.

Skyrim – “It’s The Final Countdown!”

I’m dying to play this epic game. All the demo journals are just amazing and hype me even more. GAH. I really don’t know what to specialize in the game. I did want to make a Nord, just like my character in oblivion, but all the kinds of attacks seem incredible and I just can’t take my pick yet! 
My last game in Oblivion ended up with a Heavy Armored Stealth Mage. Heh, yeah, I know. I was trying to have a jack of all trades and I managed it with some success. I did like stealth but I just preferred to cast Chameleon and kill stuff left and right. This time around seems like I would have more fun by getting away from the guards. With that I might make a second evil character, hahaha.
In the mean time, I don’t know what else to do. My boyfriend just got Arkham City and is playing all day so I won’t be able to try it until the end of the week I guess. So… looking for a RPG world where I could do lots of stuff free, I re-downloaded Mabinogi. And I bought a Premium Card.
It has been almost two years since the last time I played and I must say I was surprised to see so little people around. Tir Chonaill used to be somewhat populated but now, I have only seen a couple of people running around. There’s some people on the Quiz Event but beyond that my replay has been quite lonely.
After entering with my old character I realized I had forgotten most of the commands and strategies, so I had to create a temporal new account to check on the tutorials again. The tutorial system was certainly improved and I found myself breezing through the first dungeon at low level… I remember been unable to do this on my own the first time and I had to ask to join other parties. Now that there was one around to help me, it came in handy the temporal horse they are giving to everyone.
I will definitely be buying the Shire Mount and maybe next month I’ll get the Labrador for the space. Let us hope this will be enough for a time before I can get my hand on some sexy Skyrim. I just can’t wait!!
Dungeon Tiles for games
Well, I finally got to use the castings I did with Hirstarts.com’s molds. I started to make the Wizard’s Tower but is takes a lot of time! I rather make these tiles for my future dungeons. (excuse the low resolution)
It took me about 10 minutes to make each of the tiles. I used a card board sheet as a base and cutting it was what took more time of all. I also did a 10ftx30ft hallway. I still have plenty of “half walls” and I plan to use them as needed. Also I will buy some black paper sheets and cut out a circle in the middle to cover any other paper maps I might use for dungeons. :)
Looking for players!
Come around boys and girls! I’m helping my DM to get players for our ongoing D&D 3.5 campaign, called Whitefall.
Whitefall is a continent full of magic and technology. We have airships and other kinds of “magi-technology”.
Our main plot is about the rise of some sort of ancient gods. Add to the mix a Devil Lord and its cult and you now have the recipe for an epic tale!
At the moment we are doing some side quests while our main DM is having a break. So this is a great opportunity to jump in. We are looking for people who can post once a day or every other day so you don’t get behind and feel lost.

Making dungeons for D&D
Well, I usually don’t do this usually, but I indulged into the sudden desire of using these:

You can check in their page all the molds available to create your own castles and dungeons to play almost any kind of strategic tabletop game. I’ll be checking for material tomorrow but the molds will likely arrive in two weeks or more.
Dragon Age 2 Xbox 360 Review SPOILERS (7.3/10)
So…. I finished the game last week but I hadn’t had the chance to write the review. Beware the spoilers!!!
Dragon Age 2 Demo!!
I’m downloading the demo for PS3 right now! I can’t wait to try it!! :D I’ll update this when I finish playing.

Woah. The first part of the game was just awesome. The narrative is impressive and the only thing I have to “complain” is the voice of female Hawke. IMO she sounds a little like Morrigan and I was expecting something a little different, but hey, that’s fine. Also I think the second part of the Demo was a little too much. It wasn’t necessary but they put it there anyway.
I have a thing for mages so I started as one. The fight with the Ogre was…. interesting, to say the least. They killed all my party and I found myself running away in circles from the darkspawn and the ogre and just stopping to casts fireballs at them. It took me about 5-10 minutes but I did it.
Overall, I think I’ll be glad with the final result. :)
Maps, maps, maps…
So I finally made up my mind and tried to start selling my maps through here with the help of Paypal. After writing a whole page for the thing, and creating the Buy Now paypal button, I realized wordpress doesn’t allow scripts on the HTML. Bugger.
I had to go back to blogger just to make a blog for that. :/ Still, I guess is better if I keep both pages. You never know which one might attract people more.
